Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send it back for any reason. We email you a UPS shipping label that can be used at any UPS store, or you can arrange for pickup. Because all our products are made to order, we charge a flat fee of $12.00 for return shipping, which will be reduced from the amount refunded to you.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your picture, you’ll be automatically refunded your purchase amount less the $12.00 return shipping cost on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
