Description: Lagangarbh cottage is a historic building located at the foot of Buachaille Etive Mòr, a mountain in the Scottish Highlands. The cottage was built in the 18th century and served as a farmhouse until the 1950s. It is now owned by the National Trust for Scotland and used as a base for climbers and walkers. Buachaille Etive Mòr is one of the most iconic and photographed mountains in Scotland, with its distinctive pyramidal shape and steep ridges. It has four peaks, the highest of which is Stob Dearg at 1022 metres. The name means "the great herdsman of Etive" in Gaelic.
