Description: Lichenostomus Flavicollis is the scientific name of a bird species that belongs to the honeyeater family Meliphagidae. It is also known as the yellow-throated honeyeater and is endemic to Tasmania, an island state of Australia. This species is apparently known for its habit of collecting hair from live animals such as horses and dogs and even humans.
Thylogale Billardierii is the scientific name for the Tasmanian pademelon, a small marsupial that lives in the forests of Tasmania and some islands of Bass Strait.
