Description: The Capuchin Bridge is a pedestrian suspension bridge located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The bridge spans Botafogo Bay and connects the neighborhoods of Botafogo and Urca. It is named after the nearby Convent of the Capuchin Friars and is a popular tourist attraction due to its stunning views of the bay, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the surrounding cityscape.

The Capuchin Bridge was designed by engineer Mário Vila Verde and was completed in 2010. It is 214 meters long and 5 meters wide, and it features two towers that support the suspension cables. The bridge is also illuminated at night, creating a beautiful spectacle visible from a distance.
